iPad/Tablet Versions

Due to popular demand, all Blue Pelican Math products are now available in an iPad/Tablet version. These versions are not Apps but are meant to be deployed as web pages on a school's server. The advantages of web pages over Apps are:

  • The web pages can be viewed with both an iPad/Tablet and PC or MAC. (Most apps are only available for tablets.)

  • Just one simple, quick installation on a local web server is all it takes to install the web pages. Contrast this to multiple, lengthy installations of a huge app on many tablets.

    • Installation on a local server is very fast. Just follow our simple directions and copy directly from the flash drive we provide.

    • Contrast this to multiple installations of apps on multiple devices over slow internet connections.

  • Free curriculum updates are very fast on a local server as opposed to lengthy reloads of apps on multiple tablets.

  • Control costs: Use with as many devices as desired to connect to the web pages.Contrast this to apps where each device requires the purchase of the app.

  • Doesn't consume memory on your tablet. Blue Pelican Math has hundreds of videos and pdf files associated with our math curriculum that can easily exceed 60 GB.

**These iPad/Tablet versions are available at a reduced price and only for those having already purchased (or currently purchasing) the regular versions of the curriculum.

**Please note that that use on multiple campuses requires the purchase of multiple copies of our iPad/Tablet version.

ABOUT OUR AUTHOR VIEW THE CURRICULUM COURSES

Charles Cook, author of our math curriculum, is a high school teacher with a proven track record of success in both the class room and publishing.  A passion for teaching advanced mathematics and a clear vision of both its content and presentation shapes Cook’s curriculum that we present here.

A quick look at this curriculum reveals that it definitely was not created by a committee: it discards the traditional approach of bloated, politically correct textbooks and opts for day-by-day lessons that are actually ‘doable’ in a single day.

Cook has carefully crafted each of these free, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II (alg), Pre-calculus( pre cal), and Calculus, lessons so as to cover all required topics in a single school year... and all with continuing built-in review and daily tweets.
